If you would like to apply for our waiting list, please fill out the enrollment package below with a check for $150 to The Frazer School. Please email all application documents to frazerwj@frazerschool.org. Checks may be made to the following address:

If your application has been accepted, you will also need to send a $2000 check to cover tuition over the voucher.
